Synopsis of Technoroid - Overmind With rising sea levels and rapidly declining populations, androids were designed to perform most menial tasks, leaving humans to focus on other things. Besides manual labor and customer service, androids also entertain humans through Babel. A babel is a tower in which a contestant masters his stage climbing by mesmerizing the audience with song and dance. The higher the climb, the more prizes awarded. The androids Cobalt, Chromium, Neon, and Kay are out of luck and are about to run out of electricity due to unpaid bills. To make some quick money, the group decides to become Babel climbers. But winning the audience's favor is a big challenge. Depressed but not ready to give up, Cobalt decides to improve his chances somehow after seeing an impressive performance from his top climbing unit, his STAND-ALONE. When the group comes across a mysterious choreographer and tries to reveal his routine, Cobalt thinks this is the only way out for them.With the help of his human companion Esora Shibaura, the androids are able to create his Form a KNoCC unit and complete a difficult climb to the top of Babel, but must also overcome android-based discrimination along the way.
